Home away from home.

Liked: The front lobby is pleasant and welcoming with the fire place and Christmas decorations. The cookies at check in are great and the room itself clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I like everything about the property.

Good and bad.

Liked: The lobby was nice and the pool. Close to airport. The
Disliked: The bathtub had been painted and was peeling pretty bad. There was hair from previous occupants stuck with the paint was peeling. No way to take a bath and taking a shower was uncomfortable on your feet. The water pressure was ok at best. Breakfast was $12 and not worth it at all. Coffee was only offered in the lobby at breakfast time.

Liked: Close to airport and transfer to and from airport
Disliked: Pool was cold, spa didn’t work properly, something outside window kept us up most all night banging against the glass, tried calling desk and ended up with sales clerk, check in was long as computer system was acting up per the desk clerk

Disliked: They gave us 2 keys only 1 worked

Liked: We wake up to take a shower to no hot water and is still waiting for the discount that I was told I was going to get
Disliked: Taken a cold shower

Liked: Due to Booking.com OVER booking we were not able to stay at this facility. They arranged for another very nearby facility in advance to a better hotel, which was outstanding.
Disliked: The fact that Booking.com overbooked, which I was told is a regular occurrence, at least at this facility.
