Excellent hotel experience.

Liked: Staff were friendly, not nosey, helpful. They displayed Southern charm. Loved the cleanliness, decorum and efficiency. There was nothing to complain about!
Disliked: The hallways were really cold. Maybe it keeps bugs out? Breakfast would be nice. Or a snack?

One night emergency stay due...

Liked: Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Lifts did not work and with the exception of the one lady who worked very hard serving food and drink the staff were not particularly good.

Disliked: Sweet and Low in the packets for coffee in the room

The third shift staff check-in...

Disliked: The TV had none of my favorite channels available. The programming was no easy to understand.

Decent stay for a decent...

Liked: Location was fine. Did not try the breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel hallway rugs appeared old and musty.
