Fantastic Hotel in a Great...

Liked: The place was modern, clean, and comfortable with a fantastic staff. The fire pit on the patio was a plus and I had a made-to-order omelet on Christmas Day. My husband enjoyed the bar. I've stayed in many hotels in the last 10 years coming to Abilene to visit my son and his family and this one was the best.
Disliked: I extended my stay and my keys stopped working.

Disliked: The staff could not make a key for me for my room and I rented 2 rooms. This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last month as the same thing happened to me at a Hilton garden inn in Austin tx. This presents a safety and a security issue. The desk clerk was not friendly when I tried to explain the problem
