Great stay but wanted to...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and liked the size of the room.
Disliked: The idea of charging people for a buffet breakfast. No one charges for the buffet anymore!

Liked: Cleanliness, great pool and workout area. Staff was exceptionally friendly, had great interactions with all we interacted with.. perfect location for our purposes

I felt violated and stuck...

Liked: It was in a good area. Staff was nice until I had a serious Complaint.
Disliked: There was a bed bug on the bed coming from the bottom of the cover it kept going up and and down of the bed. I took a video of it I’m not sure if it got on me or not but there was definitely blood in it. I felt so violated. Than we we were told to move to another room which smelled heavy like cigarette smoke because I didn’t want to complain or keep waking my family up I just delt with it next day my mother said we smelled like cigarettes. Embarrassing however the manager came off kind of rude or rude when I tried to talk to her about the situation.

Disliked: Breakfast Staff were inhospitable....Maintenance came straight in our room without knocking....
