great but wont us booking...

Liked: I needed to checkout early because of an Ice storm hitting our home location. Because we booked thru booking.co m we couldnt get a refund. next time i will try to book thru the hotel directly.
Disliked: Could not gety a refund for second night stay.

Very poor

Disliked: The room felt like we were not expected as guests. The TV remote had issues, the body wash in the shower was empty, got charged $2 for a bottle of water in the room, couldn’t get the heat turned down, and the bed and pillows were horrible.
