Convenient, good breakfast, calming relaxing...

Liked: Clean, good security, staff and breakfast. Good decor.Restricted access to floors that you are not staying on-great for extra security.Will hold bags after checkout if you have a later flight.Excellent language skills of team made the stay stress free. Our German language skills are limited so it was helpful at check in and out not to have the stress of “have I missed something important”.
Disliked: It wasn’t overly clear how to access the pool-so we didn’t. It’s seemingly a “fitness first” pool and not solely Hilton. We stayed at the front of the hotel without the beautiful city views and green backdrop I expected from my research! It was quite noisy with sirens (but it is city centre), I think rooms at the rear would have been nicer.

Disliked: They didn’t provide the bath robe, slippers dental kit and even was no brushes cub in the bathroom. All what mentioned are basics in any other 5 stars hotel.
