Disliked: Had some plumbing issues. Staff was attentive. More or less fixed but 8th floor plumbing has issues-our friends on the 8th floor also had issues

Unless it’s winter time or...

Liked: The location was the best thing they had going.
Disliked: A group of us had 4 rooms booked. No one of our rooms ever got below about 79-80 degrees. We complained to the staff, asked to be moved and all they could tell us was it was an old system. When I pay 300$ per room per night I would like to sleep comfortably. Nor did housekeeping offer change out our towels or anything. I had to go ask for clean towels. Upon leaving and contacting booking.com they contacted the hotel and the response was absolutely no compensation would be considered for a bad stay.
