Nice location, poor service.

Liked: Location was very good, the room was nice and clean. The service was not though.
Disliked: The staff behaves as if they're doing you a favor by just being there. They add extra charges and resort fees at every step of the way and it takes them weeks to correct those fees, if ever. You can't get anything done or corrected at the counter, you have to call their helpdesk, which ends in neverending back and forth and you sit on the phone for hours being a few feet from their actual office. At their restaurant I waited for 45 min to be even noticed and the place was not even half full. Maybe they enjoy making your life harder while you try to relax, who knows.

Liked: Good size room. Lots of choice for breakfast, friendly staff.
Disliked: Bathroom only had a loose fitting sliding shutter so no privacy.

Liked: The room was very clean but very antiquated. The balcony was terrible ripped flooring quite dangerous. The food in the reastaurant and the staff was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: The rooms are very old and very basic amenities. Certainly not worthy of four star rating - would not wish to stay there again.
