Nice room, called down to say clock radio did not work they said they would send one right up, never did? Handle came off balcony door from the outside! So got stuck on balcony for a while! Over price valet parking at 32 bucks! And Internet at 14.95 a day ? Really? I would think paying 300 bucks a night for a room, that should all be complimentary? Wouldn't ya? Beds are very comfy and room was clean !

Liked: Very clean, very nice staff, nice room. Liked the Marketplace in the hotel for snacks, breakfast and more. Loved being able to get espresso on site. The morning time server was so sweet. I also had an issue with my toilet in the room and they sent someone up to fix it and clean immediately. Pool was nice. Two hot tubs, drinks at pool bar were good. Food in the restaurant Sand, Surf, and Sun was delicious! Room was great, view was great!
Disliked: The only issue I had was that during our stay a company was filming a commercial in the pool area and we had to get directed to another Hilton down the street to use their pool. It was inconvient. When I adresses the issue I was told I would receive a credit for my bar tab from the day before but I never received it.

Liked: Once the room was changed it was a very nice experience for our guest. We purchased the room for one of our employees as a special spa weekend for all of her hard work.
Disliked: She shared the initial room she was given was dirty, the toiletries were used and in the shower. There was a dark streak on the white linens and hair and dirt on the floor. She sent me pictures. I was very disappointed that this was her initial experience. We spent quite a large sum to give her a special weekend away. She said the hotel staff were helpful and gave her another room. However, I am very disappointed her first impression was so tainted.
