Liked: Loved the location close to downtown. Building is pretty and rooms were well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: Do not like paying extra for parking!! Room is epensive enough and don't like extra unnecessary charges getting added on for nothing in return.

Liked: Great location to campus. Seriously! If you have to do anything at CSU, this is the locale. Nice room. Great lobby area to hang out.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Over Paid for a dubble room and got a single room for the same price,..didn't even have the room I was offered online..when I got there there are no dubble rooms with 2 queens like advertised..but I was charged for it... single room was filthy..windows were so dirty I couldn't even see outside..over priced,and fause advertising if you ask me.

Great place to stay close...

Liked: The hotel is just south of CSU which makes it convenient to visit our kid going to school there. It's close to a number of restaurants, but you've got to drive to Old Town to truly experience FoCo. The staff members we interacted with were great.
Disliked: We happened to have the room immediately underneath the Executive Lounge and the chairs in that room scrape loudly on the tile floor. We knew breakfast had started at 6:30 in the morning because we heard the chairs.
