Price way too high for...
Liked: The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The staff , especially on my arrival day, was very unfriendly. In addition to that, I was very surprised that - despite quite a high price - the hotel requested 20€/hour extra for an early check-in, although there were clearly enough rooms available. Finally, I felt the entrance area of the hotel really unwelcoming and the gym was also not really well equipped.

What I paid is not...
Liked: only breakfast was ok.
Disliked: I am a business man in Turkiye and I cam to Glasstech show in Düsseldorf. I am very disapointed in this trip. I choosed Hilton to be more confortable. But it was very bad experience for me. What I paid totally not deserve this money which I paid. There was renovation on my upper floor and every morning at 7 am there was a big noise comming from upper floor. Also the renovation sound and noise was continued untill 19.30 pm. In the afternoon I tried to sleep but no way. When I was calling to the reseption, they said they cannot do anything. I paid double to Hilton comparing othere hotels in Düsseldorf, but I couldnt rest and slept during my 5 nights stay. I am really disapointed and not happy how much I paid to Hilton Düsseldorf but zero satisfaction. You can check Hilton call center how many time I called and claimed the situation. I will never ever stay in Hilton hotels in Europe anymore.

Disliked: Baby twins of 8 months with me, requested for 1 baby crib. But there were no baby cribs available, while I requested prior booking. Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you for the good service.

Disliked: Me and my colleagues have been sent to another hotel when we arrive in the hotel after a long travel from Sweden due to the overbooking.
