Very good

Liked: very spacious room, comfy bedding.the lobby area was large and pleasant, never felt overcrowded.
Disliked: food prices , but then that is a national issue.

Liked: Nice, clean room.
Disliked: We no hot water during our entire stay. Was not even asked if we would like another room.

Bad

Liked: The internet worked well and continuously. Loved how clean it was. Loved having hot water. The bed was comfy.
Disliked: They overcharged me and refused to get a manager and the front desk woman Sierra said a Manager would contact me but that didn't happen. I treated myself for my Birthday and got roomservice for my first time but the food came 1.5 hours later after me calling 2x. Then it was cold. Cost me almost $50 for cold food. It was very NOISY from the expressway outside my window and I was on the 6th floor. Then I had to turn off the heat pump because when it cut on the handler had a huge electrical explosion every few minutes that was very loud. I have one at home and it doesn't make this noise 24/7. It was a room with 2 Queen beds but they are full size beds in case others read this. I tried to walk to a restaurant that's very close and had 2 dealers in the parking area ask to help me or if I was lost. It was NOT a friendly experience so I don't advise going for a walk. This is not what I expected from a Hilton. Of course they can't control the dealers on the sidewalks, but I guess the overcharge is a crime.

Liked: The front desk staff was beyond excellent. We have stayed at this location many times over the years driving from Asheville to visit family. We really look forward to our next visit!
Disliked: Searching for something but I really can't come up with anything.
