Disappointing, disgusting and cold.

Liked: Lovely location only.
Disliked: We arrived on the night of 27th by car.We parked outside to unload the luggage and asked for directions to the carpark. The receptionist was argumentative, very unfriendly and rather dismissive. I had to leave and basically come back as it was impossible for any map applications to give driving directions to their carpark.I went back looking for directions and this time the new shift was there and was a bit more descriptive about the directions to their carpark.We checked in and found blood stains on the duvet. We had the duvet replaced in the end with nothing but a short apology.Breakfast was cheap and there was nothing special about it.I will not recommend this hotel and we will definitely not be back.Dan

Liked: great location and very clean, good gym equipment
Disliked: front desk staff a little unhelpful at times, gym/sauna open only until 19:30 - not a lot of time to enjoy if you are also enjoying the city during the day

Liked: Friendly staff all say hello, clean rooms with nice views of the Christmas markets, lovely breakfast and big variety to choose from
Disliked: Bathrooms needs bit of a revamp old style we were hear 8 years ago and it still looks tired but it still works
