Disappointing Hilton Experience

Liked: Location is great, right in the historical center of the city. Underground garage is spacious, however quite expensive (28Euro/night)
Disliked: This hotel is old and extremely worn – this applies to absolutely everything, from the furniture and interiors to the bedding itself. The rooms feature an outdated design reminiscent of the early 1990s, but the real issue lies in their state of disrepair and the quality of cleaning. While my room was relatively clean, all the cornices and curtains were heavily covered in cobwebs. This is perhaps the worst Hilton property I have ever had the misfortune of staying at.

Very poor

Disliked: I forgot my charger at the hotel room. Immediately contacted the hotel after check-out. After calling 3 three times they said they will check it everytime, and then they just sent a auto generated e-mail saying that they could not find it, they did not even bother to refer to me with my name on the e-mail. Was not a pleasent experience.

Liked: Great location, very kind workers, very welcoming staff, nice bar.
Disliked: Rooms are outdated needs renovation , and there was no make up room service, bed were not done, coffee/ tea no added , left empty sachets .
