Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Rigid staff and policy, no water bottles in the room, rooms are not sound proof, quality is comparable to 3 star hotels. Even bathroom doors have no locks.

Liked: Was nice good location
Disliked: The ac didn’t work and we where not offered a different room

Knew it was going to...

Liked: Location was perfect for walking around downtown. Easy to drive to Coors Stadium from hotel. The pillows and mattresses on the bed were amazingly comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Had to call twice for housekeeping. The employee was very apologetic that no one showed up after the first call.

Disliked: There was trash in the hallway when we arrived. We mentioned it to the front desk and it was still present the next morning. There was no special deal for parking at any of the many garages located near the hotel.My wife fell off the platform that the bed sits on. Very poor design in room 839. Very unsafe.
