Liked: Great location in Downtown Denver and everything we needed was on site.
Disliked: Lotion bottle in shower instead of conditioner! Room 916

Liked: Good property. Great Gym. Great bar. Jason and Frank were excellent at the bar, best service ever!
Disliked: The reception team other than the person who check me in were rude, not welcoming and appeared to be disengaged. The would almost avoid serving you and you would have to approach them.

Good, efficiently-run, pleasant hotel for...

Liked: The hotel was very clean, including the room. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. The security was comforting, particularly in a downtown area. The food was good, not excellent. All my needs for a weekend stay were met.
Disliked: The price was high for a basic hotel, even downtown. If I hadn’t booked through a 3rd party travel site, I would have been charged $150 more than the high price I paid for two nights. That additional amount, if I had had to pay it, would have made me feel taken advantage of.
