Liked: The location. That is why I chose Hilton
Disliked: Lots of things. The bed wobbled anytime my partner moved. The fridge had no shelves. Why? Is that to prevent people bringing their own food? Charges for room service!! Breakfast downstairs isn't the same as on the in-room service. (We refuse to pay extra for room service so ate elsewhere). Reception staff didn't seem very happy.This is not 5 star! Surely?? You should take a trip to Bali and learn from them about service, cleanliness comfort, and most of all, what 5 star hotels really look like. You rate 3 stars in my book. Social media... here I come. So disappointing.

Liked: Room was comfortable and location excellentBreakfast was a bit chaotic and disorganized - breakfast items seemed to be scattered and finding some items was difficult.Vegetarians and vegans were not particularly catered well for, and in this day and age, we shouldn't have to ask for a special menuOverall, a very good experience
Disliked: The disorganization of the restaurant at breakfastStaff in the dining room could have been more helpful - one young staff member just sat and looked at us all the time, and I felt somewhat uncomfortable

Liked: Breakfast was yummy we have stayed often always booking.com .. terrific location particularly if it is stormy during wet season.. dash around the corner into a mall.. staff were the same as before .. they stay a long time we booked a club room really recommend as being hot in Darwin it’s nice to relax in their look over the Arafura Sea …
