The staff was accommodating.

Liked: Interior design was very nice and interesting.
Disliked: The exterior of the building was dull and had flickering lights

Liked: Recently renovated makes this older hotel seem brand new. Location at granite boardwalk is super nice.
Disliked: “Year round pool” apparently doesn’t mean it’s heated.

Everything was good- not excellent

Liked: The location and access to good restaurants was excellent.
Disliked: It seemed there was just some lack of pride and excitement about the property. I know the occupancy was very low when we were there and even though we paid for a junior suite we were given one that seemed incomplete. - no full length mirror and a hook falling off the wall. The staff were responsive but the “extra care” Feeling was not present. It is a beautiful property and well located.

Disliked: Air Heating and cooling system bathroom sink and shower room was not good cleaning

Nice but pricy

Liked: Rooms were very nice!
Disliked: They tried to charge us for parking even though I called specifically to ask if parking was included in reservation and was told yes, I also asked if it was a 4 min walk to Fogo and was told yes but it was a 4 min drive and the walk would have had us across the HWY but they offered a shuttle so it wasn't too bad, I used the hot tub and it was dirty and very scratchy.

I can’t wait to stay...

Liked: Open concept upon entering, very spacious with lots of places to sit and socialize inside and outside. It was decorated beautifully. The music playing constantly in the background was very nice. The hotel room itself was very spacious.
Disliked: That there is no covered area that leads from the hotel to the parking garage and it happened to be pouring down raining when we checked out.

Disliked: The power outlets near the bed didn't work very well. The TV didn't work originally and at times the TV listing didn't work.
