Liked: Hi I would like to thank the Turkish manager that was in on Saturday. He was a true gentleman and very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

In summary it is very...

Liked: On this trip I actually fell ill and the staff went over and above to help me. Also my husband had left some clothes on his last trip which again the staff went over and above to take care of until my arrival 3 months later. Truly an exceptional level of staff through out this Hilton. Everyone goes out of their way to say hello and they all seem happy. Praise must go to who recruits and uplifts the staff as it is appreciated especially as I travel international a great deal and stay in a lot of hotels. This hotel may not be 5 star but the service and the extra lengths they go to is worthy of it. A hidden oasis in Croydon.
Disliked: Would love the carpets in the hallways up dated as everything else feels fresh and new.

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: We called down to the reception about our hearing know working, maintenance man arrived. Was in the room for ten minutes couldn’t get the room to heat up, it was very cold. Said he would be back shortly and never returned. Partner and i slept in a cold room.
