Overall, a nice place to...

Liked: Good location, helpful and friendly staff, beds and pillows very comfortable
Disliked: Heater was very noisy, ice machine didn’t work on our floor

Disliked: I had to pay for parking when the gates on the parking lot were not working. I was always staying here every time I would go to Concord. (Once a month) I will be staying somewhere else from now on.

Liked: The staff were lovely and helpful.
Disliked: It was dirty! The carpet in the lobby and the furniture looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks.

Wonderful location, comfortable rooms excellent...

Liked: This hotel is directly across from two shopping centers, which include family style restaurants. Aslo a movie theater and a Chick fil A. Lots of stores and if summer the family fun “Water World”. The hotel has a comfortable lobby that has a cocktail bar and a restaurant inside (didn’t test it out). There was a hot tub and swimming pool open until 10:00pm. The Pillows and beds were super comfortable and soft. Excellent concierge and welcoming staff members
Disliked: There is a mini fridge in the room,but no microwave
