Great location and beautiful hotel....
Liked: Close to shops and restaurants
Disliked: My room was dirty. The sheets were dirty and the toilet paper roll was not new. There were half eaten chips and crumbs on the rug.

Liked: loved the location and cleanliness
Disliked: I tried calling numerous times before arrival trying to get help because my husband had a cooperation code to apply as a discount and could not get help. When we arrived I tried to get help from front desk person and he was no help. Got a text asking about my stay told them no response.

Liked: Everything was beautiful.
Disliked: The pullout couch bed was probably the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen in a hotel. We stayed in room 422. It was a king bed with a pullout couch. The mattress was completely stained with black spots on it. It was absolutely disgusting.

Liked: The location of the hotel
Disliked: When we first walked into our room it was very muggy & had a musty smell. The thermostat was set on 60 & it was 72 in the room. My husband turned it down to 55 before we left to go get something to eat. We only had one towel to use for 2 people. I informed through a text I received the problems we were having & received a text back stating they would have someone come to the room & check the HVAC & leave more towels. When we arrived back to our room there was a dirty box fan sitting in the entry way which made me aware they could not fix the AC. Also they left us towels but had to be the oldest, roughest towels they had. I tried calling Sunday to speak with someone & the lady I spoke with told me I would need to call back later & speak with Perry the general manager. I called Wednesday afternoon & left a message on his voicemail & have never heard back. You would think after paying $538 for a one night stay we would have received better service but we definitely did not.

Gorgeous, Luxe, comfortable hotel for...
Liked: Property was very upscale and elegant. They have a doorman who opens the door for you, something I've never actually seen in real life, a very nice touch. The lobby and common areas were just absolutely luxe and high-end and I took many pictures of it as I couldn't believe how nice this place was for what I paid to stay there, almost felt like I was in the wrong place, lol. The room was comfortable, bed was very soft and had plenty of pillows. Bathroom was gorgeous, well stocked and looked like something out of a movie set. The location of the hotel is the selling point here really, as being immediately adjacent to the Easton shopping center is very convenient. Will stay here again next trip to Columbus!
Disliked: Parking was a $10 extra charge which is ridiculous, and valet was $30. I can understand the valet costs but I parked my own car and walked to the front door with all my bags and there was plenty of parking around when I checked in.

Very good
Liked: Love location and overall look of hotel inside. Staff was awesome
Disliked: Broken refrigerator in our room which an issue when we’re traveling to have fun and going out to dinner with kids who always have left overs. No bedding for pullout bed and we barely got any when we asked.

Exceptional
Liked: From the time we walked in the hotel it was great. Staff was so kind and helpful. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. In the morning the breakfast was amazing good choices a little bit of everything. I will be returning soon.
Disliked: The only thing wrong was in the shower there was still hair inside and it was not mine.
