Liked: The property is normally a good property. This time the front desk wasn’t very helpful. They couldn’t find my reservation -my paid reservation. They continue to tell me that I have a room.. The manager on duty when I arrived or is helping me out and I had to go to the car to grab my phone when I return, it was a shift change, so he just left. Disliked: The customer service was terrible. The manager wouldn’t even come out of the office to offer assistance. The day supervisor helped and I had to grab something from the car when I came back I was told his shift was over and he was gone for the day. So the front desk could help. They did not,. There was one young lady who was especially rude. They basically were not wanting to help. Come to find out after my 2 hour and 35 min digging they had my reservation.
