Liked: The hotel was beautiful. I’m noticing a pattern every time I book a room With Booking.com. Every time I book with you, I get an inferior room. This room felt like we were in the basement. The windows had frosting on them because they didn’t want you to see the view Which was an incinerator. The room was So small, and they tried to put a chair next to the bed. It didn’t fit, so you had to climb over the chair to get to the bed the first three nights we stayed at the hotel using our Hilton honor points. The Booking.com room was a room for the Housekeepers. I will not be using your service a lot again

Exceeded expectations and a wonderful...

Liked: Room sizes in New York are not always generous. The room we had was bigger than we expected, great bathroom with walk in shower and had a view of the street.TV channels were OK but would have been great to have a UK news channel and some UK sport. But we didn’t travel to NY to sit in our room watching TV , so not really an issue.
Disliked: Apart from the TV, very little. It is a bit noisy in the area but the location couldn’t be better and we found no trouble sleeping. Ear plugs drown out most extraneous noise.

Love it, will definitely stay...

Liked: Very luxurious and clean, lots of good restaurants. Had dinner in a Greek restaurant called Opa, the food was delicious and it was fun night with dancing and all. The butler service was good and attentive, in fact all the hotel staffs are very nice and attentive.
Disliked: None

Great place to stay near...

Liked: Firstly, the location was exceptional. Just a stones throw from Central Park and within walking distance of Times Square and all the shopping. The hotel and our room was just beyond wonderful! We were on the 10th floor and it was relatively quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable (we booked a deluxe king studio plus) and the room was a great size with lots of space for two people. There was a lounge area with a sofa and a wing chair. We loved the fact that there was a Nespresso machine in the room and bottled water replenished everyday. The shower was a good size with great water pressure. Robes and slippers were provided and the best part? There was a garment steamer instead of an iron! What a brilliant idea!The staff were great, especially the porters and housekeeping. The reception staff were quite friendly and accommodating too. The area felt very safe as well.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great and we had no complaints. We will definitely go back there the next time we are in New York.
