Great stay in midtown

Liked: Location is fabulous (though beware the nearest subway station is not very accessible if you have heavy bags!). The rooms are large (especially by NYC standards) and I even scored a fabulous view, which was a real treat. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Bed was comfortable, wifi was good.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, although I didn’t especially appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door when I had the do not disturb sign out. If you’re in need of a snack, do not use the shop on the ground floor - somehow i managed to pay $8 for single chocolate bar! Luckily, it’s not too far to other convenience stores.

Great anniversary in NY:)

Liked: 1. You should ready that it is a huge building with 3 separate hotels inside (Hilton Club is on floors from 37th), so there are a lot of people and lines for check-in, luggage storage and check out.2. Great surprise for our anniversary ( champagne, strawberry, postcard, juice). Thank you once again 3. Special thanks to Mosies on Reception - he gave us a great view room & prepare surprise for our Anniversary.
Disliked: 1. No breakfast included despite quite high price per night2. Luggage storage cost 5$ per item per day. So for 2 suitcases and 1 backpack we pay 15$ for 3 hours storage before the plane3. Room was cozy, but you feel that it was great 10-15 years ago for business trips to NY. Now personnel try to keep rooms clean and up to date but w/o big investments from the owners of this hotel.

Very nice and well located...

Liked: It is very central to the “tourist” sites. Easily walked to Central Park, Rockefeller Centre, Time Square, etc….Very nice Hotel/condos. Nice sized rooms. Friendly and professional staff. We would recommend this property to others and would stay again.
Disliked: Be prepared for a time share pitch, but they were not pushy which was nice. We avoided it. I read The elevators may be a wait but we had no trouble with that even when one was out of commission. Handy to have the cafe/convenience store in the building but be prepared to pay a price for it.
