The omissions noted dropped the rating from a 4 or 5. Room was lovely and well equipped as well as immaculate.

Liked: Room was excellent and location to concert venues was good as well.
Disliked: Only a couple deli places within easy walking distance. There was no cafe/restaurant or even a shop in the hotel. No pool. Could not even get change at front desk for a $20!

Exceptional

Liked: The rooms were spectacular, no detail was left out. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. There is a bar with good drinks and selections. It also has a small café for breakfast items and coffee in the morning. I would say the only downfall is location. While there are lots of things around it, if you are looking to go into the true heart of downtown, you will need to take an Uber or drive. It's too far to walk, at least for us with 2 kids in tow.
Disliked: The only parking is valet and it's $49 a night! I know parking is scarce , but that seems a little high compared to other places.

Disliked: Cafe did not have decaf coffee and said they would not have it for a couple of weeks. Decaf K-cups were available in the room, however.
