The omissions noted dropped the rating from a 4 or 5. Room was lovely and well equipped as well as immaculate.

Liked: Room was excellent and location to concert venues was good as well.
Disliked: Only a couple deli places within easy walking distance. There was no cafe/restaurant or even a shop in the hotel. No pool. Could not even get change at front desk for a $20!

Liked: Lovely room with great amenities. The room exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back!
Disliked: We were asked to listen to a presentation on their hotel/timeshare that lasted almost 3 hours. We were compensated for our time but we weren't expecting it to be so long and involved.

gorgeous hotel

Liked: wow is all I have to say this property is gorgeous!!!! check in staff friendly and professional. would definitely stay again. it’s about a 15 minute walk to all Charleston has to offer.

Liked: Location was very good. Easy to walk to everything we needed. Rooms were very spacious and super clean.
Disliked: Could be better with concierge service. Info needed about local eating places was not the best. Wanted info on best ways to get to locations but they did not have a lot they could recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay...

Liked: We never ate breakfast at the hotel and did not know they offered it. The hotel was centrally located and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Our suite was spectacular, the staff friendly and accommodating. Next time we come to Charleston, SC, we plan to stay here again. The hotel website doesn't do it justice. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very happy we stayed here. :-)
Disliked: Check out time should be 11:00 am rather than 10:00 am.
