A friendly and comfortable place...

Liked: The very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location walking distance of many nice places, and easy access to our vehicle coming and going. The hotel was very accommodating for several issues we had (broken glass, sick kids, etc) which was very appreciated. A nice gym.
Disliked: We prefer a tub, but all the room options were showers only, unless you spring for the top suite. I would usually expect complimentary drip coffee in the mornings. The room had a machine but the lobby was pay as you go.

Liked: Shaquille at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and kind. Very personable and very knowledgeable.

Perfect spot if attending events...

Disliked: The cost of bottles of water in lobby is outrageous.

Good, but way too expensive

Liked: Met my expectations. It was a hotel.
Disliked: The price was insane. If I wasn't traveling for a wedding, I would have booked somewhere cheaper

Very good

Liked: Location of the hotel to everything we were doing in Cleveland. Great restaurant.
Disliked: Volleyball tournament in town, quite noisy in adjacent rooms and hallways past 11 PM. The pool was cold.

Nice but over priced

Liked: Located next to Convention Center
Disliked: I was not told we could self park. I paid almost $60 a day for valet parking and the car was parked across the street in the same lot I could have parked in myself for $25 a day.
