It was nice to get...

Liked: Location and view were nice. It was awesome that the Chargers were staying there and I got to meet one of the players. Warehouse District was nice.
Disliked: Room was very hot and uncomfortable. Could never get the temperature below 69 degrees. Extra pillows were never brought to the room like they said, and I was charged for breakfast both days when it was supposed to be part of my upgrade package that I purchased.

If you visit Cleveland, stay...

Liked: Great location with beautiful views. It was very convenient to everything, including close to a freshwater beach.

Great stay. Up charged me...

Liked: Staff was helpful and kind. Facility was clean and beautiful. Location great.
Disliked: They up charged me another 100 dollars a week out from the event I was already being overcharged for.
