Our check in was at 3pm. We did not get into a room until 5pm because they did not have any "available". Front desk was extremely rude - multiple charges to the credit card that they could not explain.

Disliked: Terrible experience.

Too expensive for low quality...

Liked: Pillows were soft . Staff friendly.
Disliked: Website said breakfast no breakfast. No free WiFi - every hotel has that . In bathroom there was mold . Tub was slanted in a very awkward way not intentional.

Liked: Very clean hotel and helpful staff. Location was excellent. Close to airport and walking distance to several resturants. The room was very very quiet.
Disliked: No microwave in the room

Disliked: My non-smoking room did not smell like smoke, BUT THE PILLOWS AND PILLOW CASES DID! UGH!!!! I’m allergic to cigarette smoke!
