Our check in was at 3pm. We did not get into a room until 5pm because they did not have any "available". Front desk was extremely rude - multiple charges to the credit card that they could not explain.

Disliked: Terrible experience.

Overall, it was just OK...

Liked: I like the location. The staff was very nice. However, the room was dated. Carpet musty and stale. Bathroom walls soiled. mattress not the most comfortable.

Liked: The staff was very polite and helpful! The staff went out of their way to help me, as I had an injured knee. They brought my luggage to the room and even keep my ice packs for my knee in their freezer. Not to mention….the shuttle van driver drove me across the parking lot to a restaurant so I wouldn’t have to walk on my injured knee. The manager over the breakfast asked if I had paid for the breakfast and I replied I was not sure. She immediately said Your meal is on us. Over the years, I have always stayed at the hotel when I am traveling from the Cincinnati airport. I am a customer for life!!

Liked: It was clean smelled good and beds were comfortable
Disliked: Shower curtain was torn pretty badly, no free coffee, and the TV kept turning itself off. Was told check out was at noon and got a call from housekeeping at 11 saying it was at 11 not noon

Liked: The bar. Pool. And the rooms are very nice.
Disliked: I wish the pool was heated more and I would have loved a hot tub to be there
