It was pretty much relaxing...

Liked: I LIKE THE HOTEL'S LOCATION, IT IS NOT REALLY A POPULAR AREA TO WALK IN. BUT THERE ARE A FEW RESTAURANTS AND QUICK AND CONVENIENT STORES NEARBY FOR EMERGENCY CASES. STAFF WAS NICE AT CHECK IN, NOT MUCH TO SAY THERE. DID NOT NEED THEM MUCH AT ALL.
Disliked: I WOULD SAY THE UPKEEPING OF THE POOL AREA WAS NEEDED, IT WAS WATER ALL OVER THE PLACE, LIKE PUDDLES IN AREAS IT SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN. THERE WERE NO TOWELS AT ALL IN THE AREA WHERE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN, WHICH WAS A DOWNFALL DUE TO US HAVING YOUNG CHILDREN AND BEING TOLD THERE WOULD BE SOME PROVIDED.

Liked: I liked the staff. All were friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. I was most impressed by Alma at the coffee shop and front desk personnel.

Disliked: The crusty pee on the back of my toilet that wasn't mine The noncomplimentary bottles of water everywhere wanting you to screw up and take drink and get charged.The cracks in the outer building walls were concerning.
