Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile Suites

Upon arrive, we were greeted and checked in. Then, to our wonderful surprise, we were randomly upgraded to the Frank Lloyd Wright Suite. How awesome was that! The staff were super nice, attentive to our needs, and always looked to help make our stay amazing. And they did not fall short. Probably the best experience we've ever had staying at a Hilton.

Liked: We were upgraded to the Frank Lloyd Wright suite upon arrive - anniversary. Staff were perfect - professional and gave us probably the best hotel experience ever! Would stay at this Hilton over and over again. Wonderful professionals!
Disliked: Not really any bad points.

Liked: Close to restaurant and Broadway Playhouse. Clean; good food - would definitely stay here again!

Booked here because we were taking my mother to the Broadway Playhouse to see 'I Love Lucy'. She has alzheimers, and can't walk far. It was a perfect location. And having the suite made it easy for us to have mom go to bed early, while my sisters and I visited. It was a great 'Girls Weekend'.

Liked: For starters, both the pool AND the fitness room were closed. Parking that they provided was hectic and nearly impossible. They promised amenities that were not available during my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel itself was beautiful. It was located in a great walking area. However, don’t let the pictures and the amenities they claim to have persuade you into staying.

Liked: It was fantastic. We arrived a bit early. Bryan was at the front desk. He welcomed us like family. He was pleasant , friendly, asked us if there was an occasion. I was with my sister and grown daughters. We were there for shopping. The location was perfect for everything. William took charge of our luggage, and couldn’t have been nicer. We were greeted every time we left or returned.
