Upon arrive, we were greeted and checked in. Then, to our wonderful surprise, we were randomly upgraded to the Frank Lloyd Wright Suite. How awesome was that! The staff were super nice, attentive to our needs, and always looked to help make our stay amazing. And they did not fall short. Probably the best experience we've ever had staying at a Hilton.

Liked: Close to restaurant and Broadway Playhouse. Clean; good food - would definitely stay here again!

Booked here because we were taking my mother to the Broadway Playhouse to see 'I Love Lucy'. She has alzheimers, and can't walk far. It was a perfect location. And having the suite made it easy for us to have mom go to bed early, while my sisters and I visited. It was a great 'Girls Weekend'.

Liked: The workout facility/pool on the top floor was amazing
Disliked: The staff’s attentiveness. In particular the Hotel Manager Nicole Herma. I had a refrigerator that wouldn’t close and defrosted ruining 2 meals from Pappadeaux, a restaurant that’s it available to me locally. I left evidence of the water from the defrosting. Nicole claims the meals were frozen. The were actually take home meals I wanted to have the next day. The $92 couldn’t be refunded. She then started a claim online saying she was handling it, preventing me from making a claim with corporate. Corporate was willing to go a gift card, Nicole Herma is ridiculous

Liked: Breakfast was over priced for what they gave. I thought since it was downtown on the magnificent mile that at least it was going to be better quality, but the served same food as a lower class motel. Didnt have toast or more varieties of food. Labels were switched apple juice was labeled cranberry juice.
Disliked: We had to wait for the elevators for a long time n they were packed with people. Sleep one night the next day our sheets weren’t changed n our room wasn’t cleaned asked the front desk if they were able to bring clean sheets they said yes they never came. So we slept on last nights sheets. We also asked for new set of towels didn’t get any.

Liked: We loved the cozy rooms and the pool on the top floor was a great experience. They were so accommodating! Our favorite was the bag guy, Rocky. He went above and beyond for us!

Disliked: Room was not clean, lamps were not working and one was falling apart, previous guest hair everywhere, tv did but work. Overall gross and dingy and very outdated rooms. Nothing like the reviews and pictures on booking.com
