Superb

Liked: The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean.

Place is nice, but treatment...

Liked: When we booked, we were told we could check in late. after booking we received an e-mail that the desk would be closed after 11;30 and we could not check in and would not receive a refund. Fortunately, American Airlines was able to book us on an earlier flight from Miami, and give us wheelchair assistance from the gate to the hotel desk, so we made it on time.
Disliked: We felt we were treated like crap by Hilton booking staff, but treated well by the breakfast wait staff. When we checked out, the desk clerk did not instruct us on the shortest way to get to the transportation depot, to pick up the bus toward Madison.
