I had to pause before...
Liked: It was close to the airport for our 6am flight. We were able to go to the sports bar/ restaurant late for a bite and watch the game before crashing for an early departure.
Disliked: I get tired of going everywhere and having staff that speaks foreign languages better than English.

Convenient, comfortable and relaxing.
Liked: We flew in from Oslo, Norway via Reykjavik, Iceland, so it was a long day. We got into O'Hare too late to make our respective connecting flights, so we had to spend the night. The convenience of just having to take a short ride on the train and come up the elevator to the hotel was ideal. The room was nice, clean - comfortable; the bar/food area that evening was also up to par. The food was very good, the bartenders were friendly and welcoming. It made for a very pleasant - and relaxing - return to the states.
Disliked: The convenience of the hotel cannot be beat - I do think it was a bit pricey; not so much that it impacted our stay. Truthfully given the same set of circumstances upon our return to the states from Europe, I would still use this property.
