Nice hotel in a great location. Restaurant and coffee shop had good food and service.

Liked: Overall, nice hotel.
Disliked: The staff was extremely nonchalant. The nicest person was the man that checked us in. The lady working in the coffee shop was also really nice.

Liked: The overall treatment from everyone, from the bell hop to bartender Nikki. Everyone was nice and pleasant to deal with; hope to stay again soon.
Disliked: Possibly waiting for elevators.

We were amazed with everything and will be staying again!

Liked: Hotel was great. Very clean; had everything we needed; beds were awesome. We will definitely stay there again if we go to Charlotte.

If you post this good review and not my bad review of PNC Music Pavilion, I will undo this review. Hotel was awesome. Buffett concert was awesome. PNC Music Pavilion was horrible. I would stay at this Hilton again, if I ever return to Charlotte, which at this point is doubtful.

Liked: Wonderful accommodation.
Disliked: Not easy to unload car and check in if you don't want to valet.

Liked: Nice accomodations and bedding was very nice.
Disliked: Internet connection never worked.

Finally a hotel that looks like it did in the picture! This hotel was clean and pristine. The staff was very nice and the location is very convenient. I will stay here again.
