Liked: I booked a large room and it was very spacious and nice.
Disliked: I tried on multiple occasions to get change for larger bills so that I could tip the valet since we had valet parking, but was unsuccessful at the front desk and bar. They made up some excuse but it was very obvious they just didn't want to do it. This was very frustrating. To work around it, we asked each of the valet for their Zelle or Venmo account handles so we could send money to them directly. I've never had anything like this happen at a hotel. Additionally, there were over 400 cheerleaders in our hotel for a big competition at the convention center. Because of this, the hotel was overrun with very loud children running all over.

Room very clean and felt safe. Felt important as soon as we arrived. Staff very professional and the theatre was walking distance along with restaurants.

It is a very nice hotel. Was clean and had it's own bar and restaurant and it is very close to many attractions. Some rooms may have a kitchen type set up but ours didn't. It did have a coffee maker and a small semi cool fridge. A microwave would have been nice. Room service is offered but our experience wasn't very good with it. Staff was nice and helpful.

Liked: Nice room, nice proximity to what we were there (Charlotte) for. Staff was helpful and nice.
Disliked: Room service. Took over an hour for grilled cheese and was cold when we got it.

Wonderful location; wonderful beds; can see movies in room that are still in theater! Fast room service and delicious.

Great hotel in downtown Charlotte. Very nice rooms. Only stayed one night. Parking is $18 per night so did not use valet parking.

Liked: Good downtown location. Proficient and friendly staff.
Disliked: Understanding which elevators to use to get to parking garage.

Liked: Closeness to things in the city; bar and restaurant.
Disliked: Hard to distinguish parking deck rules.

Liked: Great experience. Valet staff were great - quick and very attentive.

My wife and I stayed in room 1912. We were amazed at the awesome view. Room had a great 42" TV. The best part would have to be the king size bed. Both the pillows and bed itself felt like I was laying on a cloud. We loved it!

Liked: Room was amazing!
Disliked: Parking garage was slightly confusing.
