Liked: Very clean room. Bed was comfortable. Peaceful and quiet. Pool was very nice. Staff was helpful.
Disliked: We chose the breakfast buffet because of high prices of line items. The food was below average and disappointing. The Peets coffee was horrible. We couldn't drink it. Overpriced food. I felt nausea after the meal. Excess grease. We complained to the staff. We shouldn't have been charged. Hilton did not charge for breakfast buffet until 2022.

Attractive hotel but uncomfortable bed...

Liked: Attractive hotel with personable staff. The mattress on both of the beds sagged terribly though and was not comfortable. The dinner in the restaurant was nothing more than acceptable but not particularly tasty. Our server was very good though.

Excellent & professional staff at...

Liked: We had dinner and drinks in the bar. Food and bartender exceeded our expectations.

Excellent Stay

Liked: This hotel is always clean, great location, not far from downtown. The staff there is always very helpful and friendly. I recommend this hotel to people all the time.
Disliked: When we went to take a shower, the shower head was not working properly. We went to the front desk and they were so helpful. They got maintaince to the room right away and replaced the head. Everyone was so accommodating and the service was excellent.

Liked: Our flight got canceled and we had to stay over in Charlotte. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Liked: I had a bad day traveling.. flight cancelled. I wish I got the gentlmans name.. he took me from my plane to the hotel via shuttle night of the 16th.. 8p.m. He was full of life, made the ride enjoyable.. beautiful hotel, great staff.. wonderful breakfast buffetwould stay again.. but hopefully my next flight goes better!!
