Friendly staff, good facilities and...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating I couldn't fault the ones interacted with.
Disliked: The first room I was checked into had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, so I had to be moved to another room. Additionally, there was an empty bag of what appeared to be cocaine outside the door of that room. Only one elevator was functioning from the main lobby, and it had several issues: the button for the third floor was completely pushed in and broken, the help alarm was going off continuously during my stay, and the call button on the third floor was also broken. At breakfast, the cutlery provided was dirty and still had food residue on it.

Would come back again, great...

Liked: Service excellent, rooms immaculate. Couldn’t fault the stay, apart from the mattress being hard/uncomfortable.

Really needs a good car...

Liked: Gym facilities closed by 8pm so couldn’t use them as we arrived late due to heavy traffic and struggling to find a car park. The local area stank of weed and felt dangerous. The parking was a 3 minute walk away and the lift is out of order so carried our suitcases over the piles of vomit down the 6 flights of stairs. The view was lovely from the room and the staff were great. Shower was difficult to get the right temperature but good products available. Just a shame the local area wasn’t as classy as hoped for.

Disliked: Smell of cannabis on the stairs, unsupervised children running up and down the corridor whilst parents were in the gym plus the reception staff tried to overcharge me by £56 on leaving

Liked: Loved everything from the time you stepped through the doors. Restaurants fabulous and rooms were super comfortable with a huge bed and gorgeous pillows. Bathrooms with lovely soaps etc. step outside and you have everything on doorstep. Staff were just so polite and accommodating.
Disliked: I loved everything
