Liked: The bar was lovely with a good choice of drinks The spa and gym were clean the pool was a great size for swimming lengths Staff were very friendly and helpful

Liked: Location
Disliked: Unfriendly and unapproachable staff with poor customer service skills. Public corridors dated as well as the bedroom, considering the cost of the stay really poor room.

Liked: Proximity to the centre
Disliked: Bed sheets had stains on them although were clean, only 1 lift was working during our stay , beds poor size and pillows and duvets extremely thin in comparison to other hotels at this price point in Cardiff
