Liked: Good location and close to the centre
Disliked: Before we arrived we were told we would have free parking on arrival however when we arrived we had been told there was no spaces left and were told we had to pay for parking elsewhere, and later that day me and my partner both had showers and the shower was freezing cold both times and the room was cold throughout and the heating didn’t work, and we spoke to a member of staff who then told us that their heating system was down the whole day however we weren’t informed of this on arrival or until we used to cold shower, unfortunately this left us rather disappointed as the room price wasn’t cheap and I don’t think this was acceptable

Disliked: The only thing I would we didn’t know was about parking but we eventually found parking and was nicely given discount by the staff
