Liked: The staff at the Hilton Cambridge City Center were very friendly and helpful. I thought they were very accommodating and offered helpful tips and ways to make our stay comfortable.

Just a bad hotel. Not...

Liked: Very centrally located. Close to the shops and bars.
Disliked: Staff could not be bothered to help us with anything. There is a certain kind of young person for whom working in a hotel makes them feel "oppressed". Guests themselves are treated like the oppressors. The room was extremely drab and needs redecorating. One teabag each?? Rubbish instant coffee in little sachets. No fridge. Basic bog-standard.

Excellent! Great ambience and good...

Liked: The room was well made, the ambience was good and the facilities in good order. The tea tray was well stocked and restocked each day. The room service and quality of food and time it took were excellent, the dining service was also good.
Disliked: Nothing really. However, I would have liked to drive to the hotel, but the only parking by the hotel is expensive.
