Very good room and nice...

Liked: Very good accommodation, good toiletry, bedding etc
Disliked: Food was ok at best, especially breakfast.Piano Bar was understaffed which put a lot of pressure in staff and resulted in slow service - I was actually pretty much ignored for 40 mins and walked away.The bar was full at the occasion.

Excellent Customer Service

Liked: From arriving at the forecourt of the hotel in our car, we were very impressed with the service we received from the concierge. All the staff were very polite & helpful.
Disliked: Nothing.
