Great location and breakfast.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable and the location was fantastic. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
Disliked: It was unfortunate that our room was right above the Christmas party which disturbed our little girls’ sleep for a while. However, at midnight it stopped and was very peaceful afterwards.

Great hotel, professional staff, excellent...

Liked: Great size. Good toiletries. Excellent location. Professionals staff.
Disliked: £15 WiFi charge was a bit miserly. Dark user experience in getting you to sign up for free membership to avoid the charge was a bit sly. Then the £50 extra ‘deposit’ on check in made you feel the hotel didn’t really trust any of their customers.

Liked: The Location is perfect
Disliked: The carpets in hallways and rooms are dated and marked give you unhygienic look. The rooms are dated and the pillows uncomfortable.
