Would not have believed this...

Liked: Staff were excellent, location and beach setup were good
Disliked: Not clean, a/c noisy, toilet constantly filling which I fixed, temperature too cold. Why have hotels adopted toilet paper that disintegrates on contact with liquid?

Disliked: I paid for a room with a balcony with a view of the ocean. I got a window, with a view of the street. The girl working at the front desk was extremely rude and wouldn't do a thing to help me with this mistake. I was only there for 2 days, and the whole purpose of picking this hotel was a view of the ocean. Waste of money and a terrible amount of stress. I feel I deserve a refund, but I'm sure that's a waste of time trying to get, just like talking with the girl at the front desk. I wonder if the owner would care how I was treated or how his hotel ruined my trip. Never even saw the beach, which was the whole reason we were there. Disgusted

Disappointing

Liked: The pool area very dirty. Hallways very old. Restaurant very noisy and old. The only nice thing was the lobby.
Disliked: Needs a lot of upgrades inside and out.

Liked: The heater kept blowing out cold air .. we let the front desk ppl know which they had someone come by to fix .. still was cold.so me and my husband balled up together under the sheets.. bittersweet I guess.
