Liked: It was pretty
Disliked: The beach was a distance.

Great location and great spot...

Liked: Close to beach and had two pools. Walking trails right outside back. Close proximity to south beach but a little quieter.
Disliked: Cost to valet/ limited parking. Paddle boards were out of commission.

Very good stay and I...

Liked: The pool staff was super cool but i cannot say the same about the entrance staff. Sergaud, Thais and Wesner (pool staff) were amazing. They made sure my family and I spent a great time.
Disliked: The entrance staff charged me 4 times for the valet parking when i was supposed to be charged twice. I had to literally fight with them to show them I was right! The lady was talking to me in a very condescending way too and did not even understand basic math. Other than this, the rest of the stay was perfect

Liked: Room was ok, stayed there before and did not live to the expectation like previously.
Disliked: Room was very poor. Not clean. No hot water. Toilet not working properly. Very dusty. Elevators not working right. Very poor and looks run down.

Liked: I liked having direct access to the beach and the pool was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Housekeeping did not replenish towels or waters during our stay. Misleading menu for the restaurant. We couldn’t order anything except main entrees despite the food requested being served during happy hour.
