Very Disappointing

Liked: Nice location! Great Restuarant!
Disliked: No one told us before booking that the building right next door to our sixth floor balcony room was under construction ! THe banging and pounding to the outside of the building was very very loud and disturbing! Could not use the balcony at all due to the noise! Which we paid EXTRA for! Very disappointing!

Liked: Very good breakfast. Large selection. There is no set menu and you pay only for food you order.

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: Hotel is old and rundown. No maintenance is being completed, damage everywhere, burnout lights, stained carpets, etc. overall cleanliness was terrible, dirty windows, floors, etc. Onsite dining/bar was terrible, slow service, over priced.

There are better places to...

Liked: The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
Disliked: No parking facilities at the hotel; parking was valet only and expensive to keep the car overnight. Construction noise from the building next door was very disturbing!
