Liked: The upgrade was a nice surprise! The foyer was beautiful. Staff were helpful. Location was perfect.
Disliked: Would have preferred barista made coffee at breakfast instead of a machine. Breakfast was extremely overpriced.

Great location in centre of...
Liked: Location is right next to the central station and only a few minutes from Grand Place and plenty of restaurants and bars. Were on the 5th floor, no issue with noise etc. The King size room with executive lounge access was good - made use of the happy hour in the lounge from 5pm to 7pm, wine and beer to be had, with some finger food.Buffet breakfast was good - plenty of options to satisfy most.
Disliked: Dont offer a direct checkin from the app to customers - one always has to show passport at the checkin desk.

Liked: I liked that the staff on reception, well the ones that I encountered on Sunday were very nice and went out of their way to give me my room earlier than stated. Loved the breakfast and again the staff who worked in the breakfast room were lovely there too.
Disliked: Unfortunately when you book via bookings.com you do receive the adequate rooms. I noticed that my beds headboard was grubby and the leather was coming away. Some of the electrics were not working in my room, however, the maintenance guy did come up swiftly and brought some lamps so that I can work in my room. I did report this to the hotel. If my stay was more than a day I would have requested to be moved.
