Liked: The beauty of the hotel was impeccable. The cleanliness and everything about the rooms was amazing as well. And it's right across from the train station as well so it's very practical, travel wise. The staff were very kind and lovely as well.
Disliked: The only issue I had was with the breakfast. It was good but cold. I ordered for an in-room breakfast to be brought around 10h-10h30 but the mushrooms and omelette was cold...

Disliked: Poor service, tired rooms, didn’t perform room cleaning one day though being out of hotel all day. We stayed for five nights and on the third told we had to vacate the next morning at 7am due to a planned power outage. Not mentioned during booking, nor at check in, note under door. After complaining we had to pack up and be moved to another hotel, promised a 50% reduction for one night room rate, which they haven’t paid. Hilton your hotel and company are a joke, will never stay at a Hilton again, and I was a Hilton Honours member
