Disliked: Way over priced. Pullout couch had huge stains on linens. Disgusting.

All in all our stay...

Liked: Room was clean and bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was mediocre compared to others we've had at other hotels for the price.One thing that we really didn't like was the inconsistencies when it came to the information about complimentary drinks.We were told we could use the tokens by staff at the front desk and restaurants when we called for drinks to be delivered to our room.Then after all is said and done my wife calls down to verify everything and then told otherwise that it's supposed to be used in person so they charged us for the drinks. Before we checked out we made sure that this was removed from our bill due to the inconsistency of information from staff.Obviously if staff told us beforehand we had to order in person we would have without issue but we were told otherwise.

We did like the covered...

Liked: Beautiful and very clean. Hospitable was great! Short walk to Branson Landing. Didn’t have to remove our car to drive there.
Disliked: Went to breakfast and had a terrible experience. We planned on getting the $30.00 buffet BUT what was left was cold and hard or some of the containers were empty. For this amount there should had been at least some pancakes or waffles available or maybe biscuits, they had French toast that the container was empty. It was very disappointing for this type of hotel to offer this type of breakfast. We left and went outside the hotel for breakfast for the rest of the week. There was an unexpected high charge each day plus tax to receive tickets and some sort of wood chips for discounts on your meals that we didn’t eat.
