Liked: Loved the location.. the Hilton looks great from the outside and inside is beautifully designed and decorated . Our room was really spacious and we had everything we needed.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn’t like .

Liked: All the things you asked. Clean, convenient, good value, good staff.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

The staff ruined my stay...

Liked: It was ok,
Disliked: The need to review what they do. I felt they lied about the prices. On getting to the hotel, I was forced to pay a deposit which was not stated on booking.com I felt this is a false representation of the actual price. The staff wanted to take £50 each night, after I had already paid. They were determined to take extra money by cunningness. I would like booking.com to investigate this and let them be transparent about the addition deposit, which the said will be returned. However, it should be made know to the public.

Disliked: Parking was difficult but I understand there isn’t much you can do about this, other than stopping inconsiderate drivers using two spaces

Filthy room & lovely breakfast.

Liked: Wasn’t quiet and breakfast was lovely. Nice big bath
Disliked: Check in was very forced. Dirty room, dirty underwear left in wardrobe, balcony glass was filthy, room falling apart.

Not the relaxing night I...

Liked: Was nice
Disliked: Was very loud in hotel. Left more tired than when I came. Not relaxing at all wasted money I'm afraid. I know cleaner are doing their job but all you can hear is constant banging of doors.
