Disliked: Receptionist lady at check-in was very poor and not helpful at all. Also, requested a high room prior to vivt but was not given one as she said none available. But is turns out there were when we asked a colleague about 5 minutes later!

Liked: Room lovely, clean, comfy bed, spacious! Really good location. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Spa facilities weren’t 5* jucuzzi is attached to swimming pool so pretty cold, only 3 loungers, couldn’t spend a whole afternoon there
