Disliked: We got stuck in the lift which was a horrible experience but the staff went above and beyond to help

Luxury Hotel that has everything...

Liked: Great Storage in massive room...Top to floor door/windows.Swimming pool. Discounted rates for car park. Great that the door card had to be used in lift to activate it which felt safer. Quality and plenty of towels. Had a fridge. Great facilities.
Disliked: Cushions were a little too soft.

A lovely hotel badly let...

Liked: Location is perfect. Reception staff very good. Breakfast manageress as accommodating as she could be
Disliked: When I checked in I was asked if I wanted to pay extra for breakfast. I said yes, assuming that would apply to all three of the rooms that I booked, but was only applied to one room. Two of the party were turned away for breakfast just before 10am as they were told breakfast wasn't included in their room rate.I arrived for breakfast at 9.50, there was very little hot food left, which is understandable. I asked the waiter if it was possible to order a fried egg as there were none on the buffet. It took him ten minutes to find a chef to cook me an egg.We tried to order Bloody Mary's from the bar and were told that the bar didn't serve cocktails, even though the ingredients for a Bloody Mary appeared to be available.

Liked: Fabulous location for BIC and beach etc. price wise you get what you pay for in Bournemouth. Car park adjacent just up/down few steps.Room spacious as is bathroom unlike some local places. Great for 1 or 2 nights if not longer. All clean but as you'd expect this is a popular hotel and so things may show that. Bed comfortable but if having a double it is 2 singles joined. We will stay again. Already booked and plan to try facilities next time.
