Disappointing

Liked: The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Disliked: The interior of the room was too dark, walls grey, dark carpet - the atmosphere of the room was depressing. Staff at the reception were absent minded.

Rat inside the room.

Liked: The location is in the heart of back bay.
Disliked: A rat was inside my room (10th floor). I called front desk for help however, they responded back with the attitude "what do you want me to do". No apology as well. I told them I couldn't stay in the same room for the night. I went down to the lobby and I asked someone to go back up with me, I was terrified. Plus, nobody came up to check on it until I begged someone to come up with me. They gave me a room-change because I told them I couldn't stay there, but that was it. The people looked at me straight up and asked did you bring your personal belongings with you because we can't help you. The customer service wasn't that great compared to my expectations of the name value of the hotel. I felt like I was being dramatic for asking for help.
