Beautiful Hotel, 1 BAD Staff

Liked: I stayed a night, it was very comfortable, Great location. My daughter's and I was there, for the LATTO concert. Night staff was very Resourceful. we loved the free drink ,and the free Food coupon.
Disliked: I was checking out, went outside to get some air, Staff came up to me, Very rude asking why my car, was parked, to move it now, MY car was still in the parking garage. The car belonged to 2 other guest at the hotel, who was in the car, he came straight to me.and I am very upset about this, he had no business to speak to me that way, and assume,It was my car, I asked him, for an apology, he told me No, he was not,this is totally unacceptable. The Staff name was AMIE, VERY RUDE, I WAS THINKING TO COME BACK FOR A FEW DAYS, BUT I MAY GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL INSTEAD TO AVOID HIM.NOT COMPASSIONATE, OR FRIENDLY.

Liked: Great location, clean & the bar staff was great. Shout out to Don.
Disliked: Shower/tub floor was unstable…concierge staff was very unhelpful. We got double charged for parking (we were given a refund). No batteries in the remote. A myriad of small things that added up.
