Disliked: I was charged at the end of the stay for sth I haven't used from minibar. Difficult contact with personel. No help from the desk with invoice. Now, I cannot recieve invoice which I have asked for many times.

Liked: I had the best view of the Deustcher Dom, the bed was very comfortable & location was good
Disliked: The hot water took ages to heat up
