Liked: This hotel is in desperate need of um update. Design is sad, furniture worn, bathrooms yucky

Very pleasant stay at the...

Liked: Very accommodating, we had a check-in request because I was having surgery in town, everything was perfect. Room service food was very good and fast.

Nice and comfortable hotel

Liked: We booked a double room that came with 2 spacious queen beds and a sofa bed. The mattress however was not very comfortable.The room was big, had a nice couch, balcony and a TV - with limited channels. Could not connect to YouTube or Netflix.Bathroom was spacious, they provide all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and lotion)
Disliked: On Christmas day breakfast was until 9:00 am as opposed to 10:00am due to a Christmas brunch. This should have been communicated well in advance.The hotel offers self-parking charged at USD 25 + 2USD tax per night.
