Liked: Staff very friendly and accommodating. Close to river, market and town .
Disliked: Disturbed by the lack of sound insulation. I can clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room.

Small issues, would stay again

Liked: We had the use of the executive lounge and the value for money based on the free amenities plus the size and comfortablity of the room was second to none. Would stay again and recommend to others .
Disliked: The lobby had an awful smell (the toilets; beside the lobby, smelt amazing) it was a sewer problem and they were working on it, but it was awful. Also id ordered truffles and strawberries to the room for my husbands 50th and they must of been left out a while before arrival as there was fur on them by the time we returned to the room that night, despite us moving them to the available fridge ourselves to keep them fresh.
