Liked: We received an upgrade in our room by a lovely receptionist because it was my birthday. Truffles were in my room wishing me a happy birthday. Very comfortable beds and room facilities fantastic. Lovely breakfast. Fantastic stay overall.
Disliked: NOTHING

Liked: Absolutely loved my food, my friend had lunch but sent his sandwiches back as the bread was stale, loved the cocktails.
Disliked: The mixologist was very rude and made us feel like everything was such a hassle to do and of which we felt awkward and didnt want to ask for more drinks,,we spoke to another guest who said the same. Although the management spoke to him about this he insisted on constantly walking passed us and staring while laughing with other staff. He really didn't care at all. Not a profession for him at all.

Good hotel, but blatant greenwashing

Liked: Top quality hotel. Very professional and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room.
Disliked: Why do they insist on replacing towels every day? They have notices everywhere saying "to help the environment, leave your towels on the rail and we won't replace them". But then they replace them anyway. Every day. It's blatant "greenwashing".Also, the bar is extortionately expensive.
