Liked: Really liked the room 601. Quiet and good view to the river. Breakfast is delicious.

I find if you stay...

Liked: Good selection but sometimes hot & sometimes cold !
Disliked: Ordered poached eggs , waited ages , when they came were hard. Ordered more & they took 30 mins to come.One evening asked for a plate to use in my room & was rudely told you don’t supply plates !!

Very nice. But too expensive.

Liked: The staff were friendly. Room was comfortable.
Disliked: £420 for 2 nights with no breakfast. Not worth that.

Liked: Woke in the middle of the night with the room boiling hot - the AC had malfunctioned during the night and it would not work so I had to contact reception to reset it. I was awake for around an hour trying to get the room cooled down which was a pain in an otherwise lovely stay
