Liked: Excellent selections for breakfast and all of the servers were prompt and polite. The facilities at the resort are all clean to the highest standard. We had the privilege of meeting the GM, Asvil as we were checking in. What a personable man he is! You could tell right away that he was passionate about ensuring a positive guest experience; and he made us feel like VIP’s from the jump!
Disliked: Not a fan of all the miscellaneous fees/taxes but such is life. The property is great nonetheless!

Disliked: The first room had dirty towel on the chair. The second room they move had a bad smell and it was very small compared to first room.

Disliked: The facility was not clean. All the elevators had trash in them. The furniture in my room was broken.

Not great management service

Liked: First, of all the parking was horrible. Need more handicap parking,close to front. Then the valet parking was absolutely terrible. My husband truck was damaged in the process being parking. The day manager was like I get back in touch with yall by Saturday night. Never heard from him. Check out Sunday morning ask bout my husband truck and he said the only thing I can do is knock off one hundred dollars of your stay. The phone in the room wasn't working and T. V. barely worked. Could someone from the corporate office please contact me @ 843 478 2131 ASAP.
