Disliked: Easy to find, clean facility, friendly staff, parking, and location in perfect for the Baltimore Orioles, the harbor & numerous shops & eatery

Liked: Front desk staff, bell man & doorman were excellent!!! ALL very helpful! Location to Camden Yards was perfect!
Disliked: Housekeeping could definitely improve! We had a 4 day/3 night stay. Each day our room was tidied up, we had to call to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. This was after we told our housekeeper what we needed!!! The bed was made, but nothing was restocked. The pIllows were awful...FLAT!!! The bathroom had nice shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/lotion...but NO handsoap of any kind at the sink

Liked: The included breakfast was available for an additional $20. They better be golden eggs at that rate. Location was great as we were going to the Red Sox/Orioles game. Check in was supposed to be at 4. We reserved 2 rooms as close together as possible. We requested early check in and were denied. No problem. We paid for our room at 330 after waiting in line for 32 minutes. Our first room wasn’t ready until 530, and we had to get back in line and wait for an additional half hour for the keys!!! They said they would text us when the second room was ready. We never received a text, so we got back in line after our game and waited in line for another 12 minutes at 10pm to get the second room key. The second room (as close to the first as possible) wasn’t even on the same floor. If you add up the time we waited in line and didn’t have our rooms, we got screwed out of 9 hours of the 24 we paid for. And after all that, we paid a premium price for a motel 6 quality room. Leak stains on the ceiling, dirty windows, no coffee cups. So unhappy and embarrassed for my guests about this booking. And I’m a Hilton Rewards member. I can’t imagine how non members were treated!!
