Liked: Personnel working jn coffee shop Facility in the hotel were not pleasant, in fact rude and abrupt, and then they did not accept cash money.
Disliked: Security at the elevators. Incident reported. A man jumped in the elevator with my sister and I- kept doors from closing with his hand. After the doors closed he could not produce a room key. He said “I am going to your floor.” We had already pressed our floor number. We were at the far end of the hall at the end and he followed us and he didn’t go in the room across the hall. us. It was creepy and scary. We got away from him at the end of the hall by walking really fast only as we got close to our room and getting our room open. When we looked out the peep hole he was just standing there. We called the front desk and they sent security but by then he was gone. BTW the hallways are creepy dark. It seems like if someone does not have a room key, that person should not have access to the elevator bank. Poor design with the elevator bank in the lobby unsecured.

Liked: parking was hectic because of Monster Mania
Disliked: Wish we would of been told that the hot tub was out of order. It was drained with brown water and a few bandaids floating. Also there was a big bug (looked like a roach, but not sure) ran under the boards in the sauna.

Good, would stay again.

Liked: Staff was excellent, room, location, cleanliness, all good
Disliked: Parking was ok. Staff helped us find a spot. There was no valet and many people paid for parking in advance due to the conference - many of which were only parking for that evening which was a big inconvenience for those of us who were actually hotel guests. We were able to find a parking spot after almost 30 minutes of riding around.
