Liked: The hotel was beautiful and super clean, great location, comfortable and close to restaurants and grocery stores.
Disliked: Staff from check in seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing, we booked a king and they tried to put us in double queen room, our room key wasn’t activated for parking garage as we were told it would be so we ended up holding a line trying to get out of garage the first time we left. Then at 2:30 AM we were woken up by a ridiculously loud party in our hallway, I jumped out of bed and opened the door and hotel staff was passing out wedding cake, I angrily told him it was 2:30 in the morning and he shrugged and said it was a wedding.. IT WAS 2:30am, wedding party or not, I’m sure this hotel had a gorgeous area for the wedding party and guests to have and continue their party NOT in the hallway where guests are trying to sleep. We called the front desk twice within an hour (so now it’s almost 4am) and finally my husband got angry and opened the door as screamed for them to shut up. Ridiculous.. calling the front desk twice did absolutely nothing and rude people didn’t have the decency to be respectful in a hotel hallway at that hour. For Thai reason, I’ll never stay here again and we visit South Florida ALOT and stay everywhere around here but never again. We paid to sleep, not get woken in the middle of the night and listen to a party in our hallway.

Liked: The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was spotless, with the comfiest bed. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The gym and pool area were always clean and never too busy
Disliked: Minor issue but there was no draft beer on the pumps for the whole 4 night stay.

I will come again

Liked: Very nicely decorated and comfortable beds and rooms.
Disliked: No continental breakfast and no free parking.
