Disappointed stay

Liked: The room was comfortable
Disliked: We were charged for vallet parking we hadn’t used.We asked, in advance, to split the bill to 2 different credit cards, as we were 2 friends sharing the room. We were promised that it was possible to, and the complete payment was put into one card.
