Disliked: Neighborhood surrounding the hotel was dingy and unattractive. Music and people from sixth Street were very loud at night. (We were staying on 15th floor)

Disliked: Many cheats with this plan. Breakfast was included in the plan but I got 118 USD of the charge! Parking lot is not free and I didn't get clear explanation about the cost.

Large hotel in the heart...

Liked: Excellent location in downtown Austin. Staff was helpful. Nice common areas, especially the lobby. Staff was prompt to move us to a better room when our first room was dirty.
Disliked: Property is tired in places. First room on the 15th floor had stains on the carpet and was very dirty. Was moved to the 25th floor and the room was much cleaner. Took awhile to receive items requested like extra pillows, coffee. Requested wine glasses and opener and those never were delivered. If you need to have something shipped to the hotel they make you send it to their UPS store next to the check in desk and charge ridiculous fees based on weight for “handling”.
