The restaurant's décor furniture and layout combined with stunning views over The Ageas Bowl cricket and events stadium as well as a carefully curated wine list and à la carte menus deem BEEFY'S by Lord Botham the perfect place to gather for business or pleasure. Kindly note there are no rooms on the ground floor. Rooms begin on the fourth floor and can be accessed by a elevator. Hotel guests will receive a discounted facility access rate of GBP 35 per person when booking a 1 hour treatment Monday-Thursday. Or GBP 45 per person when booking a 1 hour treatment Friday-Sunday. 15% discount is available for hotel guests for 1 hour treatments. Spa facility sessions are 09:00-13:30 and 14:00-18:00 Twilight packages Monday-Thursday GBP 35 per person or Friday-Sunday GBP 45 per person These sessions are from 18:30-20:30 excluding Sunday which is 16:00-18:00. Only guests can use the car park free of charge a surcharge applies to others that wish to use the car park.

Liked: Big rooms
Disliked: All of a sudden the fire alarm were started ringing at night when i was half asleep then they said it was due to some technical issue, next day I specifically told the receptionist to get my room clean and when i came it was same towels on the floor the room wasnt even touched, and i called the from desk thrice they did not even pick.

Ok for short stay

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, large bed
Disliked: I had complimentary wifi, but usually you would have to pay for this which seemed a bit stingy
