The restaurant's décor furniture and layout combined with stunning views over The Ageas Bowl cricket and events stadium as well as a carefully curated wine list and à la carte menus deem BEEFY'S by Lord Botham the perfect place to gather for business or pleasure. Kindly note there are no rooms on the ground floor. Rooms begin on the fourth floor and can be accessed by a elevator. Hotel guests will receive a discounted facility access rate of GBP 35 per person when booking a 1 hour treatment Monday-Thursday. Or GBP 45 per person when booking a 1 hour treatment Friday-Sunday. 15% discount is available for hotel guests for 1 hour treatments. Spa facility sessions are 09:00-13:30 and 14:00-18:00 Twilight packages Monday-Thursday GBP 35 per person or Friday-Sunday GBP 45 per person These sessions are from 18:30-20:30 excluding Sunday which is 16:00-18:00. Only guests can use the car park free of charge a surcharge applies to others that wish to use the car park.

Great reception staff, property very...

Liked: Restaurant kept open so we could have an evening meal following late arrival from evening ferry arrival. Breakfast superb
Disliked: Duvet cover barely fit the width of the double bed before we got in it!!

Liked: Overall the hotel is modern and cleanStaff are mainly friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I was put in a disabled room. I was there for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned or tidied. I had one, old, slightly crunchy bath towel.
