Liked: Facilities
Disliked: Young lady on reception didn't make eye contact, she only told us our room number and how to get there, she barely smiled and didn't look bothered. As the front face of the Hotel this was poor. I had to ask where the restaurant, pool and other facilities we may need. The second bed had metal framework sticking out at the bottom of the bed on both sides, my 11 year old son didn't see or expect this and grazed all his leg, and this was through jogging bottoms. If he was bare leg this would have been worse. This needs documenting as a near miss, and preventative actions put in place.

Liked: This is an inspiring place at which to stay as it is home to all of England's football teams.It has lovely grounds through which too walk or run and the hotel is spacious and comfortable. The rooms are lovely and comfortable

Liked: everything was fantastic staff were really good considering the age of the staff young staff delivering excellent service with a smaile
Disliked: nothing really bad, just main menu could had been a bit more choice, bar menu very good for lunch and breakfast very good

Liked: Nice location and grounds. Very clinical and a big conference location. Staff were nice. Does what it says on the tin. Clean and perfectly adequate
Disliked: Gym was pretty small, spa area a bit lacklustre. England football too in your face.

Liked: We been to a few hotels and they were much better. E.g. Fairmont hotel @Windsor
Disliked: We had to ask to be directed to the reception whilst we had parked infront and one staff walked pass us later we recognised that same staff at the desk

Liked: Amazing stay staff were so helpful amd the pool was amazing also the room was lovely second time stopping so good deffo recommend
