Liked: Staff were very pleasant and professional, especially under the circumstances of our visit after hurricane. Location was nice and as described.
Disliked: Room quality/condition quite shabby and tired, very loud air conditioning. No major issues with anything other than the price did not reflect the overall condition and cleanliness that you would expect from an upper tier property.

Liked: Every one went beyond to make our stay amazing we had a problem with our first room was moved and upgrade to an amazing room. Me and my husband went there for a chance to get away and it was such an amazing stay the staff is exceptional!!!! James the manager and Dana made our stay a great one!!! Thank you!!!
